We purchased a jacket and waistcoat while on holiday in September 1021. We paid at the time but they needed to order in the size and were assured of mid November at the latest. We tried to contact the store but the phone just rang out with no answerphone option. After a 3 weeks we managed to leave a voicemail as the machine was finally switched on. We were contacted the next day and explained the event we.needed the items for had been and gone but told there was a supply issue and we would get the items mid January. Nothing has arrived and the phone is just ringing out again. No e-mailor.FB page. No contact from the store. Waste of time and money. Next option is small claims. If you happen to see this please do me the courtesy of calling. You know who I am. Awful. Avoid.
