This branch has the rudest, most stuck up staff & management. Theyre highly incompetent, slow & literally just make stuff up so they dont have to do their jobs. Refused to do returns because apparently if youre returning items for someone else youre committing fraud. Wasnt cash, didnt even require the card. There is no way it could benefit the person helping at all. Stare at you like youre filth that shouldnt be allowed in the shop. Try to return a faulty item, worn once and never washed and developed holes only to be told its last years and I cant return it. Was ordered on Halloween and today is 5th December.

Appalling customer service. Unfortunately I had to complain about a faulty item and was accused of being a liar - which was lovely! Such a shame as I used to like their homeware.

This branch deliberately hires the most incompetent management they can find for reasons i do not know. If you are a manager here there's a good chance you would be better suited working on a farm alongside other donkeys.
