        Good quality but only bad thing is brought a new tracksuit and the lady at the till left the security tag on the clothing didnt realise until I got home

        Extremely poor customer service, with the store employees making up their own refund policy, with no compliance to the 28 day refund policy. Employees were very rude, dismissive and made up false accusations to deny refund. The blonde girl which I have seen has gotten several complaints should really be retrained or fired because not only was she rude, but also did not comply with store policy, as well as the lady with braids. Do not shop at Footasylum Brighton.
