Surly, rude and uninterested man lost himself sales today. Newsflash.... When a customer greets you kindly, the normal state of affairs is to respond similarly.

Some really great clothes. Doesnt stock all sizes but can be ordered in. I ordered a blazer in a larger size advising I needed it for a special occasion in 2 weeks time. Was assured it would arrive in plenty of time. After a week I hadnt heard anything so phoned up to be advised it had come in a few days before ! Went down to try it on but they had ordered the wrong size ! Asked for a refund. So I went online direct to the manufacturer and ordered correct size 50 cheaper which arrived in 3 days. Retail stores complain the internet is killing the high street - now they know why ! Dropped a star due to poor ordering service.
