Visited the lanes today in Brighton looking for a curbed bracelet for my husbands birthday. The service was incredible. Met with a warm welcome, invited in and made comfortable. Wasnt rushed in our decision and was shown a number of options. They even had a look around to make sure we had seen all of our options. Will absolutely return for all future jewellery. Highly recommend and thank you for the great service. Look forward to coming back soon.

I recently purchased two little finger signet rings, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. My wife's fitted perfect and looked fantastic but, mine didnt look right the proportions where wrong (the head was to small) Omar was fantastic! He could see what I was saying and agreed with no qualms to take it back and organise me a larger version. What I haven't mentioned was I had both rings engraved, this was still not a problem. He took the situation on board and sorted it, he arranged a whole new ring with engraving and made me feel so special as a customer and created the impression nothing was too much trouble. I would massively recommend this company. The service and the staff are amazing. Thank you Omar, thank you Vogue Diamond.

As a present for 40 years of wonderful marriage I promised to buy my wife a diamond necklace. We are not diamond experts! It was a big purchase for us as pensioners. The staff at Vogue were very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They helped my wife choose a beautiful necklace that she'll always treasure. They agreed to what we believe in a very good price.
