I was a tenet at one of their properties they were very good when we were tenets and thats why they have received two stars. Yet the property was not in that great condition when we moved in and had lot of different faults. But the main issue came when moving out. The my way over charged us on things like mattress covers as well as cleaning and gardening. The communication really did let them down and took over two weeks to get it sorted and some emails were only partly responded too which just meant going round and round in circles. In the end we gave up as they wouldnt move on the costs. Over all this created a bad experience and made me realise how much they want to over charge

Had some issues with our contract situation due to some lagging tenants but simon was especially helpful sorting that for us so we wouldnt have to go without keys on the day, went above and beyond even staying late to help us resolve the situation there and then which was really nice of him and they even sorted out some of the issues in our house before we moved in at our main tenants request which i've never seen at another rental before. Really nice guys in the office aswell would happily rent from them again
