Ive had numerous surgeries, traumas, life events as we all do yet never have I come across a therapist ( in fact , hes a healer ) that can so finely tune into the body , mind and soul. I almost dont wish to share him!! For injuries and body alignment I would put my trust in no other, For stress and trauma release I cant put into words how hes helped and healed myself and those I care for. My family now use him and although (like most families) we have all different ailments, personalities, opinions etc , we all agree on Russell Hallil , absolute healer in so many ways. Ive been seeing Russell for at least 10 years now and hes helped me recover from various injuries caused by sports/martial arts/nervous system and his approach is very much bespoke to the individual. His breadth and knowledge of different techniques means he tailors the treatment to your specific needs. Yesterday I tried visceral manipulation or liquid osteopathy which takes the form of manipulating your organs such as liver, stomach and your intestines values to remove blockages and flush the system. The effect has increased my energy levels, removed bloating and also increased mobility in my hip and left leg. If youve had a long term issue which traditional body work isnt shifting I would recommend this type of treatment and will certainly be exploring this further.

Russell does amazing work! Im a certified Rolfer that has experience all sorts of treatments from all walks of life. Luckily I was in Hove for bit and feel truly blessed to have come across this gem of healer. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and give the gift of his therapeutic touch to yourself and others. Thankful people like this exist!
