IT'S A SCAM, BE CAREFUL. I have bought a gift voucher. They never answer the phone. We have been trying for a month.

I booked my massage in 3 weeks ago, and was supposed to have the session today, only to receive an email this morning cancelling it due to 'technical issues'. Not acceptable given the short notice, especially since I'd taken the afternoon off for this. No option to reschedule either. Will be avoiding this company like the plague in future.

I had an absolutely relaxing full body massage. Lovely atmosphere, experienced, friendly and professional masseur. Overall very, very nice experience. I would highly recommend this place.

WORSE COMPANY EVER. No sign posts. Large building full of rooms. No idea which one is this company and no one to ask. Eventually the owner appears and with three of us waiting asks which of us could come back another day as she has over booked. As I booked online via the booking system and had received a confirmation email I arranged my whole day around this massage. Basically, me being the quieter of the three people, I was the one axed. The owner followed me to the door and was so rude and unapologetic. Despite the fact I was skulking out of my own accord without a word, I do not know why she felt the need to follow me. Apparently it was all my fault for booking too near to the time! As I made the booking via Groupon they told me she had redeemed the voucher and therefore I was could not get my money back. This was weeks ago so do not know why she has not notified Groupon that she failed to honour my voucher. Or why Groupon would not investigate. Anyone else in the same position, The Consumer Act states that the customers contract is with the person/ company who you paid your hard earned cash to. Therefore, Groupon should have been liable for this and it should have been their problem to sort out with the merchant so they too are at equal fault. Groupon seem to be out to make a quick buck off these struggling retailers (why are they struggling if they are any good?) and the retailers are out to make a quick buck off the customer. This gives a bad name to the genuine retailers who are out to genuinely win over new customers and provide a good experience for gaining long term customers rather than a quick fix to a cash flow problem.
