The massage therapy I received from Jon last Friday was wonderfully relaxing and restorative after a physically hard week, but it wasnt until the next day that I really felt the full benefits when, for the first time in over a year, I got up and started moving without any stiffness in my troublesome hamstring. Four days on and Im moving more freely and comfortably than I have for a long time. Knowledgeable, professional and welcoming, I can highly recommend Jon and will definitely be back.

I just had a first session with Jon. He did an assessment of my posture and range of motion in key areas. He then explained which areas might benefit most from being worked on. He then did mostly massage as well as some specific flexibility exercises. The massage was varied and got into some deeper muscles too. I appreciated how he explained what he planned to do and why. He gave me several tips as he went for areas I can work on. Jon is professional and friendly. I highly recommend his services. Thanks Jon!
