Breathing Roots

An incredible experience that I wish everyone could access. I did a couple's breath work session with my girlfriend and it was one of the best things we've ever done together. Alice lead a session that calmed my nervous system in an incredible, immediate and lasting way. She taught me things about my breath, body and nervous system which I still find useful today. Alice showed us the immense potential of something (our breath) that we consistently overlook. The session was beautiful, relaxing as well as hilarious and fun. I wish all my friends and family could do a session with Alice.

If it hadnt had been for Alices Breath work i would never have found underlining health issues going back years and years. Because of that im now being taken seriously by health professionals as i was able to explain my health issue and am now getting a thou rough check even though its Covid Time. thanks Alice you wonderful human bean x
