After a badly broken leg my posture has been really impacted. Paulas sessions are really helping me to realign, and the tension/trauma in my hips, buttocks and lower back is really reducing. Paula is a knowledgeable and skilled therapist. Using TMJ and other massage techniques she has really eased the pain and tension in my jaw, neck and shoulder. I always leave her sessions feeling relaxed and renewed.

I have been suffering with jaw and neck pain for quite a while, so decided to visit Paula. Now my jaw pain has gone and my neck issues have reduced significantly, to the point where it no longer effects my day to day. Paula has been great, as she is professional and supportive and easy to talk to. I highly recommend!

I had been suffering silently with TMJ (jaw) pain for quite some time, over the last few months the pain became unbearable to the point where it forced me to reach out for help. After just 1 treatment with Paula I could not believe how much my symptoms had decreased, I was seriously amazed. After 4 treatments my symptoms have practically vanished and I can bite into an apple with ease! Not only is Paula absolutely lovely, she also has incredible anatomical knowledge and really knows her stuff when it comes this specialist massage. Her technique is firm, thorough and targets the muscles of the shoulders and neck as well as the facial muscles. If you are suffering with TMJ pain I would highly recommend that you pay Paula a visit!
