My partner and I were welcomed into POD for the first time today. We both selected the scruff massage option for 20 minutes, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, although some movement was a little repetitive. I appreciated the extra Thai stretch included as this helped break up the scruff. I'd definitely customise where possible. The headphones were too loud so I had the volume turned down. Unfortunately, this meant I could hear two other customers who were loudly chatting away for the first 5 minutes or so. Flaoting away into relaxation proved difficult. I recommend that POD that they invest in noise cancelling headphones. Some aromatherapy would've helped here too. Additionally, my partner felt a little rushed to get into the massage l and after comparing our experiences, it seems like she didn't get the massage asked for. The screen to control the massage chair wasn't left to hand so she wasn't able to check in the moment either. Overall, the ease of the experience means we are likely to return and I look forward to trying out the shiatsu, flex options particularly.

This was defined more relaxing than I was expecting. Such a shame that it's not well used owing to the location up near Wilco. If you fancy some time to block out the world I would recommend - a twenty minute session wouldn't be enough.
