After an injury to my shoulder some years ago the constant discomfort and sometimes painful experience in my neck and shoulder blades led me to eventually find Nicky. What a 'god' send. It wasn't long before the constant discomfort had stopped and soon after I realised so had the painful experiences. Apart from the treatment, Nicky's professional approach, her obvious detailed knowledge of the body and how it functions, Nicky is a nice, genuine person and to me that holistic all round experience is what makes her stand out from the rest.

Nicky is a superb therapist who offers so much care and attention. As a fellow soft tissue therapist I can't rate her highly enough.

it not my first time at Mandala. it defiantly wont be my last. I wish could go every week ! Nicky is a very thoughtful and skilled master of muscle. Talking you through problem areas and tips on how to help yourself out side of the treatment room. I had the hot stone treatment with a cold stone facial. amazing. left being able to move my sore shoulder freely and feeling energised. its a massive help for ongoing pain. will be back !
