Amazing place to learn self-defence! As a newbie, never felt intimidated to start training here due to the supportive community and patient, well experienced instructors. The top notch facilities and the flexibility to choose your classes are a cherry on top. Cant rate this place high enough!

Great Place if you want to start or continue your journey with martial arts. Very friendly atmosphere, very knowledgeable coaches, easy booking over the app, which is not only efficient but also helps with keeping the classes small enough, so that everyone can be overseen. Facilities are great too, with changing rooms for males and females and showers for post training. Clear progression rules help you set up goals. Can't say enough good things about the place, definitely worth of coming and staying.

I took a Saturday morning NoGi class and it was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. I got a great workout too! Can't wait to come back!

Really amazing place! Im new to BJJ and was made to feel immediately comfortable. Top class instructors, great people and overall a very relaxed and engaging environment. Id 100% recommend Elements!
