Such a hassle to cancel this membership, I have given notice and offered to pay cancellation fee for the 30 day since I have given notice, however they are trying to take an excessive amout for nothing. We have already paid 3weeks in advance, even though my son is not attending as he gets distressed we didn't request a refund, I offered to pay the extra week to make up their '30 days cancellation policy', but they declined and they continue to hassele me on email, text and telphone. They have a waiting list in place for new members, therefore there is no financial loss to them and they can fill in the space.

I went for my first MMA grappling class in the Elements' Kemp Town venue. The class was well paced, not too challenging. I was paired with more experienced participants, who were friendly and helpful. I even got to join some light sparring at the end, which was optional for newbies. It's bewildering what the 1 star reviewer below is talking about, sounds like he got some bullying memories triggered unrelated to the class. I can unreservedly recommend the class.
