        Im new to this class but I really love it. Always leave feeling energised and powerful (and sweaty). Howard is a fantastic teacher, so encouraging and I really appreciate how he gives you a little bit more technique to work on each week so you can really feeling yourself learning. Cant recommend enough, so much fun!

        I've been training with Graham for over 4 years.Graham gives 100% into teaching us ladies. His classes are energetic and fun. There is also the opportunity to learn more by training for gradings and gaining different belts.

        All the girls are delightful and welcoming. Every class is an affordable work out, and good fun. Teacher is also amazing!

        I started going to these classes with no previous experience of kickboxing. I have now gained a new found love for the sport, a belt, a lot of confidence and good friends! I highly recommend. The classes are excellent and I am now physically and mentally stronger.
