Not sure where else to go. Completed a project in early March and have emailed them at least 5 times as well as messaged through Facebook Messenger, with no responses. Payment has not been received and no-one will respond to my messages; however, when they needed me to do a study for them, they called and emailed multiple times for confirmation.

I attended a research project for a health measurement session at a local boots. I completed the consent form prior to attending and confirmed over the phone prior to visiting the boots store where I was subject to two blood samples being taken by a trainee nurse, supervised by 2 practicing nurses. The incentive payment hadnt been received and so I have been chasing this with TPiR team who said it would be paid Friday 24th, if not received by Monday 27th I should let them know. This is not the only communication I have had with them about this as I have enquired before this to find out why it was not showing on my dashboard when I log in. Ive been told this evening that they had no record of me attending the research session and are going to look into it. Im so disappointed and now do not know where I stand when it comes to receiving the incentive payment. Be prepared to wait an unreasonable amount of time to receive any funds for your participation in any of their projects. Not happy

Payments late and definitely not within the 30 days specified. Phone calls left on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Always being asked to email for which the response is very slow! The experience could be improved with a more proactive approach and better communication and response times.
