Grant was so helpful. First he helped me get into my locked van at very short notice and for a fair price and then he diagnosed an issue that I had been having with the locks. He could have easily charged me more and replaced them but instead he suggested the least expensive option which was cutting a new key and seeing if that fixed it. It worked and all my locks are working again. I would highly recommend Grant. He was honest, highly effective and a nice guy as well.

Recommended by AA. Quickly offered me two solutions and then what could happen if neither of them worked. The first one did. Plus got the added benefit of understanding that my EV just had a glitch, which is something he'd seen before, and that it'd probably just be fine from there and getting locked out was a one-off.

Fantastic service - I called Grant after lots of recommendations! I had managed to loose my only key to my car was stuck! Grant came to Horsham from where he is based in hove - sorted me a new key and was very fairly priced! Great service and lovely friendly guy! Will recommend to anybody

I highly recommend Grant, Keith and the team at Bayleys. I have been going to them now for about 6 years and would go nowhere else for any car issues / MOT / keys and general banter! The team are efficient, professional, they go above and beyond with their service for us and I have always found it to be value for money with no b******t information about any issues that car has, which I find to be very important. Trustworthy and reliable, professional and reasonable - what more could you ask for?
