        On the off chance they're open then you'll be waiting, waiting & waiting to be seen by someone. Only redeeming feature is the staff are nice, when they can find the staff that is! This bank is barely functioning , sort it out please.

        Went in and a really lovely man from NatWest helped me out. Having had bad experiences in the past, this man put my faith back into my bank. He seemed happy to help me, listened to me and did it all with a smile on his face.

        Terrible mortgage service and inept phone line staff.. dealt with them for 2 years and always a long wait and unable to answer questions If you can get a mortgage elsewhere I would advise this
