Jana has been my life and wellness coach since 2019 when I really needed support and guidance. Jana has literally transformed my life, equipping me with the tools and positive language which were lacking within myself. Jana's gentle and kind approach is precisely what I need. She is a shoulder to cry on and a friend to laugh with. Jana knows how to listen and support with great kindness, compassion and love, in a non judgemental way. Each session with her is a soothing and enlightening experience which I so much look forward to.

Janas Life Coaching sessions guide me like a shining beacon of light back home, to the space within me that is true and enduring, and which is love.
