Over the years we have enlisted the help of many different solicitors and to be honest never been entirely happy with any of them. That changed when we asked Rix and Kay to act for us recently in a complicated conveyancing transaction. Communication was excellent, we always got a quick response. Due to the pending increase in interest rates we were operating to a strict time limit. Angela Arnold was brilliant and was often working on our case way after normal office hours. From first contact with our purchasers solicitor to completion of both sale and purchase it took merely 8 weeks. That is incredible in these times. Angelas assistant Jordan also served us well.
