I met with Mr Tim Dakers to witness the signing of my Occupier's Consent Form and provide the independent legal advice requested by my partner's lender. After a long search for a firm that offered these services, I was delighted to connect with Tim, who provided an excellent and prompt service and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him for these services.

If you want legal advice from 'experts' with linguists on the team.Are these guys for you? Would you want them doing the small detail? Look at Blackburn and Burnley, Spurs and Arsenal etc

Fantastic service. Needed a mortgage consent completed at the last minute. Phoned at least 15 local firms and began thinking we'd have to trek to London to get it sorted. However, Nick made time for us, setting time out from his busy schedule to help us. His advice was both very helpful and understandable, and the fee was very competitive also. I will for sure be considering Dakers for any future legal requirements
