SO Legal negotiated our recent flat purchase. Despite being handed our case partway through, Megan Grover was excellent and thorough in navigating an ever-changing playing field (thanks to the hiked interest rates causing valuation problems), including helping us with deed discrepancies, negotiating service charges with the seller and getting us past the finish line after a dragging process! Reasonable charges, but ultimately worth it for keeping it as stress-free as can be.

My purchase of an apartment in Hove made, what could be, a very stressful process, a very positive experience.
