        My son treated us to a lunch at Kusaki for Mothers Day. It is a vegan Japanese restaurant serving truly exquisite food. I ordered tempura vegetables and vegetable noodle. The tempura was cooked to perfection. Light and not greasy. The noodles were so tasty. There was a multitude of different flavors going on. It was a taste sensation. I will return very soon.
