Honestly where do I start. I rarely leave reviews but this is an exception. I went here with my friend and got seated right next to the stairs to the kitchen where all of the waiters were leaving dirty plates on a table next to me and scraping leftovers into a bucket, every time they walked past (which was quite often) I would get a stench of the leftovers and there were fruit flies coming from the bucket, after this observation we were quick to google their hygiene rating which shock horror was only a 3 out of 5. I ordered a pizza with ham olives and mushrooms, they were happy to take my order however when it came out it didnt have any olives nor mushrooms, frankly just came out looking like it had been defrosted from Iceland. Ive attached a photo below but it speaks for itself. I told them that they got my order wrong and they argued with me and then later the chef tells me they ran out of olives and mushrooms, I was still charged full price and the manager was so defensive I felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Drinks came watered down and cutlery was dirty with dried bits of food between the fork spikes. My friend ordered pasta which came dry and bland and got given a pathetic sprinkle of Parmesan and refused more. The Parmesan was in a tiny pot and looked like it had been there for weeks. Honestly if you want authentic Italian or even edible food youre better just crossing the road and going to Bella italia
