1) Food Pizza is of course way better and closer to the real Italian one with its thin crust and fresh ingredients, comparing to popular chains, however, it does not bring same level of taste, dough texture and smile on your face as Bella Napoli or Pilgrims do :)
2) Customer service standard Italian style, very unofficial and relaxed, which I really enjoy
3) Interior truly Italian, rather budget, but cosy and pleasurable to be around
4) Price that is the strongest point of Pizza 500. Can`t really think of the Italian run place in Brighton, with still good food quality and such a affordable prices
