This company and more specifically Olcay, came to my property within a few days of contacting them to help me with a change of use of my garage. From the time i met Olcay, he reassured me that he could definitely help me sudmit the application to the council. He did everything! Filled up the forms, took measurement, pictures and everything. He took his time to read the legality of everything prior to sending things and was unbelievably reassuring and professional. The fee he charged me was more than reasonable and i paid it all, no problem! Olcay understood my situation and what i was trying to do with the building work. I was a nervous wreck once he sudmitted the paperwork, but once again, he filtered all the negative opposition raised by jealous neighbours and just told me what mattered. He followed through when the council took their time. He emailed and got back to me promptly. Olcay is simply amazing. He really cared about my situation and he is sooo professional. I am planning to extend further and i have already told him that i will be contacting him when the time comes. I honestly recommend this company/Olcay. Even if i had failed to get the planning permission, olcay had told me that we would appeal against the negative decision... But luckily, because of the quality of his work and his research prior to sudmitting everything, i got granting permission to do what i wanted to do with my home. I am truly over the moon and feel blessed! Don't hesitate with them... Amazing professional people!!!!!

Extremely professional design studio! Murat, Yilmaz and Olcay designed our new cafe/restaurant (Sage Vegan Cafe) and we are incredibly impressed with what they have achieved. We receive compliments frequently about the design of the place and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Olcay and Yilmaz re designed my house throughout. Also dealt with all the applications for a new rear extension and loft conversion. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
