My company recently completed a major refurbishment of our 5 Bedroom Georgian Townhouse in central Brighton. It is a short-term rental property and we wanted to restore it to a high standard. We initially asked Gigi Launau at Savill Royals to advise us on interior design with suggestions and colour schemes. It quickly became clear that not only could Gigi and her team design, but also implement the stunning transformation. It was important for us to stick very closely to our budget - refurbishment costs have a habit of racking up. I'm pleased to say that right from the beginning Gigi was completely focused on our return on investment. Through a combination of good sourcing and efficient management she was able to transform the building into a beautiful and elegant space that has helped us to increase both our rates and occupancy.
