Dont be insured by this company. They treat disabled people like dirty. They leave you to get sick in your oen home so they can for fill there own agenda of lies, false documentation and cover ups. They have left me in a mould riddled house even though they new I was seriously ill . Bunch of cow boys dont waste your money.

Absolutely awful customer service. I moved 18 months ago and changed my address with L and G life insurance. They never changed the address. So when I rung about cancelling they said they didn't have that post code told them my old address. I couldn't remember the post code so Dylan (customer service) rudly told me Google is a wonderful thing and to Google it......then why is this a security question? He was rude and argumentative (because I was cancelling) and asked why I even bothered to ring. My DD is cancelled. Never heard a customer service so rude!

In April 2022 will become 2 years since I made the mistake to pay for life insurance to Legal and General. First problem appeared few months after I registered, Legal and General couldn't write my name correctly on my life insurance policy and from Mariya Hallas they've renamed me to Hallas Hallas, for months they could not correct to stop using my surname as my first name. The second problem became apparent to me now, Legal and General heve deleted my online account without my knowledge and without informing me when this happened, when my direct debit is active and are charging me every month. My communication with employees of this company so far have been extremely unpleasant, I have been racially profiled and ridiculed for my pronunciation of some English words. For nearly 2 years I have been an understanding, tolerant and loyal paying customer, but enough is enough. If English is not your first language and you want to be treated with dignity and respect - avoid Legal and General!
