        Waited for 70 minutes to be notified my order had been delivered, when it hadn't! Phoned and was told not to worry, the driver had my order but the app sometimes autoupdates, it would arrive soon. After another 15 minutes I phoned again, only to be told my order had been delivered an hour ago to a man and woman at my address (not me) and that there was nothing they could do! I asked for another to be made and delivered to me, since I just wanted the food, but was told that I could just request a refund through just eat. The man on the phone was extremely rude and unaccommodating, he made no attempts to rectify the situation and made it seem like it was MY fault, and that I was trying to get free food!!! Ordered from them before a few months ago and they forgot the onion bhajis so I guess I should have known!! Absolutely will never be ordering from here again!!!!!
