I tried the pistachio & sea salt caramel gelato, which was absolutely very nice. The pistachio flavour was rich and creamy, and the sea salt caramel was perfectly balanced. The overall flavour of the gelato was both sweet and salty, and it was the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.
