I have used Mary's services on several occasions over the past 10 years, and she has helped me with a wide range of challenges from giving up smoking, to addressing some major phobias - all with absolutely 100% success. I can't recommend Mary highly enough, and have referred several friends to her over the years, all of whom have been equally satisfied.

Mary made me feel very comfortable and at ease from very first day and throughout the whole process of therapy. She made me feel supported and understood, her kind and encouraging approach made me believe in myself which played big part in my recovery. Mary is highly skilled therapist. She was the best match for me. I would recommend Mary to my family and friends and anyone who is looking for a good therapist.

I have struggled for years trying to give up Smoking and whatever method I tried which believe me I have tried them all! Marys has been the only one thats been successful. She is absolutely excellent at what she does and she is so easy to talk to and makes you feel totally relaxed from the beginning. Mary is nothing short of a miracle worker - whenever I have a session with her, I always come out feeling so much better, relaxed, calm and with some focus. I love her pragmatic approach and her twinkly sense of humour. If you are stuck in any area of life, I whole heartedly recommend some sessions with Mary to get you back on the right pathway and feeling a spring or even a dance in your step. I started to see Mary at a time when life had pretty much pulled the rug from under my feet. Mary helped me enormously and not only move on from the trauma but restored my enthusiasm and optimism for life. As a therapist myself, I can spot a very good one! Mary is definitely it. I remain impressed by her vast skill set and innovative ways to help me resolve any issue. Mary is a fantastic therapist.
