Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa

So, booked non-refundable rooms (my fault), got covid, but friends still travelling. Rang up to see if they could help at all - they couldnt, wouldnt and didnt care less. Wasnt looking for a full refund, just an acknowledgement that this is out of my control. Yes, ts & cs would be very clear its non-refundable - I understand that, but was looking for some humanity. We paid 963 for two rooms for two nights so its not an insignificant sum so a gesture of goodwill would have been nice. Jade didnt have any humanity. Be less like Jade.

I honestly cant fault this hotel. I am so happy we chose to stay here. The staff were incredible in all areas of the hotel - so polite and helpful. The spa was so much better than I thought it would be (I wish we had booked treatments now). I also wish we had booked breakfast in advance. I am always skeptical about hotel breakfasts just in case you include it in advance and its horrible but we chose to eat breakfast here and it was outstanding. Will stay here again for sure!

Rooms: Lovely clean ,and welcoming room. Bit noisy when the clubs and pubs empty Disturbed sleep ,bed comfy Walkability: Easy to access the beach ,the town centre, the lanes and sights. Food & drinks: Excellent quality and excellent service

So our time at Brighton Harbour Hotel made Greg's birthday so special, and I don't just mean the sea view and the complimentary gin. We had delicious breakfast in bed and then had a day in the spa, which was a bargain considering the amazing Hanane. And then brunch, which was beautiful and delicious. My favourite Bloody Mary in Brighton. #MyHarbourExperience
