Check in process can be long as they like to not let you have a room key before 4pm. Hotel manager really thinks they are something. We came as a family of 4 and pre-booked a king suite, the description said the room included a sofa bed and was good for 4 Person. When we entered the room there was no sofa bed and the room was 1/4 the size of the room in the picture and description. Could not get to reception as so many people trying to check in and with complaints. Found a concierge named Ben who tried to help but he kept getting told by the manager to fob me off with an email address. I mean what use is an email when Im already checked in to a room thats hardly big enough for 2 people let alone 4. Went to reception and waited 30 mins to be seen, again manager was to important to see anyone. Receptionist named Antonio was fantastic and understood the mistake that had been made. He changed our room. Something the manager could of done but instead did not. Antonio should be running this Hotel as hes fantastic and extremely helpful. Hilton usually prides itself of great staff and service. The Manager of this Hotel lets the Team down 100%
