        The hotel is located near to beach and for this I gave 2 stars. There are 2 receptionists in the hotel which seems to be just hired so their knowledge regarding the hotel are minimal. Finding your room might be more like a puzzle with many doors and stairs. Be ready to go up using the stairs because the elevator is not available due Covid. Also you will notice that you do not have Internet. You can ask the receptionist but he is not too happy to answer all your questions and this can ending up by questioning your booking (where did you book, why you didn't call the hotel and we are not responsabile of what is written on the Internet). The room is big and has plenty of sun but the toilet even if is clean and looks perfect is making an awful noise which can disturb not only the neighbours but the entire street You won't find any utensils, plates or something to warm your food. As one of receptionist said: "There are plenty of restaurants in front!!!! ". Also, you can have a dinner in a restaurant in Brighton ONLY if you book a table. Sometimes same day reservation is working but most of the time a one day before reservation is the best.
