We were very disappointed with the quality of the room we were given. It was on the side that hasnt been refurbished so it was not one of the rooms that are shown! Our room had water stains on the wall and ceiling. There was black mold in the shower. The heaters stopped working...and a constant draft coming from the window. The newly refurbished side was impeccable...so was a bit sad that we got the short straw. When we complained we were offered a different room, still on the old side, and given an electric fan heater. Make sure you ask to be put in the newly refurbished side!
