        Avoid at all cost!!! Dirty pillows, no sheets on the sofa bed. We didn't book this place but got moved their and they made 5 men sleep in a 4 bed basement. Be extremely drunk if you have to spend a night!

        Terrible, terrible service. Avoid this 'hotel' at all costs. We were given a family room, despite us having paid and selected a deluxe double room. The room had a vile smell coming from the shower drain and the window didn't stay open. The walls are all black and it smells of cigs. The front door was unlocked, and so we felt unsafe staying the night. There was also a sock over the smoke alarm which is not only a safety hazard, but illegal. We had to cancelled our trip due to this, and we didn't even get a refund! Poor customer service response, and Booking.com didn't help either.
