Premier Inn Brighton City Centre (North Street) hotel

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PREMIER INN. Rudest employee called Hallie, made me and my partner feel so unwelcome during our restaurant experience. When eating our main course she kept coming over to remove plates whilst I was still eating, neither did she ask if we had finished. She interrupted our meal multiple times to force payment just as we had been served our desserts, pushing a card machine in-between our two plates. She never asked if we wanted anything else after our meal like another drink etc, we were also never asked if we wanted the bill or were ready to pay. She rushed our dining experience even tho the restaurant was empty with only another 3 tables of guests eating. As a manager she sets a poor example and expectation to the rest of her colleagues.

I was dreading it after reading reviews i was very pleased and surprised it was the complete opposite we loved it.we were in the perfect location close to everything you would need near enough to sea and right near all the shops its brilliant.Staff were friendly helpful and always available we couldnt find fault with anything had great time wouldnt stay anywhere else when visiting Brighton The room was spacious we also had our 13 year old sharing plenty of room and space was very clean just what you expect from premier inn Food & drinks: We paid for breakfast in advance it was brilliant great choice fresh fruit and fruit juices plenty of pastries and spreads to choose from pancakes also and nuttella which pleased the teen!! Cooked breakfast was lovely well presented and a relaxing enjoyable experience we will be going back again in a month cant wait
