Worst company i have ever worked for. Not enough time between calls especially when yoir in a bike in the rain and you gotta get from hove to whitehawk in 10mins. Bad Hours. Bad Pay. Thrown into deep end with certain service users with no imformation about them before hand. Shocking company. Feel bad for the service users.

Following my mother's recent heart attack, we had Agincare imposed upon us as the care agency. In less than two months of service, they have seriously breached their duty of care and displayed EXTREME NEGLIGENCE by failing to administer vital medications. They are a danger to the people they serve, and incompetent at the highest level. I am going to demand an investigation into the Brighton & Hove branch as they are incapable of carrying out their duties in a safe and consistent manner. I am appalled at Agincare, and surprised the firm is still allowed to operate.

My grandad sufferers with many health conditions one being alzihmers. He has been know to become aggressive when startled or scared. As anyone would havingvstranger walk in his home. Argincare decided to not work in a trauma informed or psychologically informed way. By changing his carers and times on a whim. He gets 3 calls a day mean to be morning for breakfast wash and dress, lunch and then evening for dinner and bed. The other week his 3 calls were 12pm, 3pm and 4.45pm. Would have been a very short day if we had not been popping in and out for him. How can they justify this ? Also found out all the office staff have walked out??? Says everything really. We have had so many issues!! Carers smoking on the door step Carers helping themselves to stuff in kitchen with Carers not recording times correctly Carers not staying for the alloted times or on time Carers coming when grandad was in hospital using the key safe (he lives alone) Carers taking the keys are key home Carers coming on days he is not there These are just some of them. It has really gone down hill since the merger which we had no choice in. Had se of the best Carers in the begining one during week and one at weekends grandad liked and got on with them then it changed For the worst They have been given one last chance to pull their finger out or we will be moving to another company. We have them ready but for my grandad he knows certain Carers and is comfortable as he doesn't understand the wrong things they are doing. We have raised this with both the local office and head office and the area manager. Things change for a brief time and then we are back at square 1. With promises of change that doesn't happen.
