G T Contractors

This company built my house a number of years ago. the list of problems they left is so long and we continue to find more issues every year. leaking chimney, leaking roofs, drains not connected, toilets not connected , leaking bathrooms, heating and hot water not installed properly, significant cracking due to foundations... etc etc etc. dont use them for anything complicated and get someone to watch what they do.. Ive just read the response to my original message :) . The work was completed by GT - Looking on their website the majority of the photos are of my house ... why do this if they didn't do the work .....!!!! the house was empty for a couple of months not years... and that doesn't cause the drains to be not connected or the showers to all start leaking ..... Be careful with this company

Total refurbishment of detached bungalow. Their workmanship was exemplary. From the outset GT were helpful and professional. We had not done anything like this before so communication between us was very important. They kept us up to date with all the different stages of the build and encouraged us to come on site regularly. Every member of GT were always friendly and welcoming. At times we had to contact Gary at weekends/ evening and he always got back to us promptly putting our minds to rest , time and time again. The overall quality of their workmanship is exemplary and very high standards were maintained throughout the whole project.

Builders on site unnessaryily rude - work ok but very dirty and longer than expected, they talked a good talk but it's was not we got

Gary and the team have just finished a refurbishment for us. The before and after was incredible. They are lovely to work with and always go beyond to solve anything unexpected with great ideas and highly polished finishing. Complete trust in this awesome team. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
