Appalling first experience with John, his customer service is far from excellent. Initial appointment went well but I left with no remedies and had to order tablets etc. myself online, and also wait for him to order and make a remedy for me (all at an additional cost of 65) on top of the 85 fee. When his remedy arrived I followed the written instructions to take 2 daily and realised that he had only sent me 30 pills, so not enough for 30 days. Upon querying this I was made to feel stupid and told that I hadn't read the emails properly he had sent me as I should only be taking 1 a day. He sent me many confusing and condascending emails, basically insinuating that I was stupid as I hadn't understood. He completely ignored the fact that he had written instructions on a card enclosed with the remedy that said take 2 daily! His final email a day later then told me to not take any at all! No wonder I was confused... As an experienced homeopath he should at least be making dosing instructions clear, especially to new customers. He called me after I left a voicemail and then hung up on me! Quite unbelievable. I would avoid at all costs.

Ive been having sessions with John since November 2019 now, and can say that he has been absolutely amazing!!! He always takes note of what your symptoms are and provide you with advice and remedies to help with these specifically. Have had remedies provided for physical ailments and to work on different energy work depending on what you needed at the time I would highly recommend him and will definitely continue having sessions with him as feel that he does really take an interest in helping you on different levels and has really helped with my physical ailments when general practitioners did not provide me with the proper diagnosis and help.

I'm very happy with the results I've had since I first visited John's practice. Initially I saw him because I had a coccyx pain due to a fall from the stairs... The pain was gone within the first 24 hours after seeing him and then I continued with a treatment to attend some hay fever and allergies I had always had. Again, his approach was very accurate and he also helped my son (4) whose asthma is practically gone, and my daughter (17) who has recovered from long covid symptoms after a couple of sessions. I definitely recommend him. He's very patient, polite, ethical and not expensive considering he's a private health practitioner and covers as many bases as possible with his comprehensive knowledge of natural medicine.

John Rawlings came highly recommended to us by another health practitioner that I highly respect when I was at the point of not knowing how else I can support my 4 year old daugher that is on the autistic spectrum, has a genetic mutation, was highly dyspraxic and vaccine injured. We have only started seeing John 3 months ago and the results we are getting are fenomenal, my daughter is making so much progress in terms of speach, attention span, coordination is such a short period of time. John is incredibly knowledgeable and has a holistic approach upon healing, he is also helping me greatly cope with the stress levels through homeopathy and floral essences.We are very grateful for his support, it really makes a massive difference in our lives! I could not recommend John highly enough!
