It's pricey and in the right neighbourhood, but for the cost the finishes need working on. The front door is a wrestle to get in and a fire hazard if trying to get out in a rush (my wife could not open the door from inside). The apartment is great but couches and mattresses and shower need a rebirth. Not far off from being good, they have the location
