A family stay in Sillwood, Brighton with teenagers. We all had a lovely time. The accommodation was lovely and very well equipped and modern. Renny, our host, was brilliant and no query too much. The location of the property was central and a short stroll down to the beach and then along to the Pier and Lanes. Having a parking space was fantastic too and made the trip stress free. The local area has great pubs and fish and chip restaurant. No negatives at all, will come again.

A very stylish and comfortable place to stay, super quiet & yet very close to the station and lovely cafes and shops. The courtyard is a real plus, and a lovely inviting space. Car parking right outside the door is an absolute bonus as well. The art work, furnishings and overall feel of the house are even better than the photos. A short stroll to fab foodie shops and places to eat and drink. Special mention to North Laine Cafe for a brilliant breakfast! Thanks Renny, well be back!

Recently stayed in Upper Gardner Street for 3 nights. What a great place, right in the heart of the North Laines & just a 7 min walk from the train station & only a 15/20 min walk to the pier. The North Laines are brilliant, lovely cafes, shops & stalls...all with a relaxed vibe. The house itself was perfect, great decor with some lovely touches like fresh flowers, tea, fresh coffee, milk. There were 4 of us staying in the house & there was plenty of room.The bedrooms were a good size & the beds were comfy. The shower was great, nice & powerful (towels were provided) & the house was very toasty for us with the heating on. The kitchen has everything you need & there's a dishwasher, bonus! There's a choice of supermarkets nearby. Communication with Renny was brilliant & he was contactable if we needed him at all during our stay, which we didn't because everything was perfect. I would highly recommend using Your Brighton Holiday Ltd. We'll be back for sure.
