So unhygienic!!! Ended up asking for a refund before we even had our food. The woman (supervisor) making/packing our food was eating/wiping her mouth and it was just filthy in general. Staff looked miserable and had a negative engery. Now I know Uncle Sam's isn't a 5 star restaurant/take away but still basic hygiene is needed!!!!

I personally think for Uber delivery you should stick a sticker on the bag to seal it rather then just popping it in a paper bags that is open. It would keep it warmer and peace of mind for tampering

The food is nice here and my grown up kids love it. So food 4 U hardly get any chips tho and theyre NOT cheap. The reason I give 2 stars Is - their toilets are always so very filthy. Have had to ask for toilet roll many times. The drier mostly doesnt work, The soap runs out. Management should 100% absolutely put in place a Rotor on the wall, having it looked at and cleaned at least every 2 hours. (Bleach the toilet, fill the soap up, have plenty of toilet roll, mop the dirty floor & have a spray pump on the wall that is stuck, so no one can take it) One last thing - the staff members could be a littje more friendly. Never a hi or thank u, enjoy your meal etc
