I also had an olaplex treatment which was really needed for my long hair! I love this salon and have been coming here since I was 16. Lovely cup of tea or coffee when you arrive and always discuss what you want - not at all pushy with products but give advice. Went there with a Groupon. The hairdresser did not want to listen to me from the beginning, and even if I made very clear what I wanted, with pictures and by showing it on my hair, the result was terrible. I said to him that I was not so sure on the results, and he tried to convince me that it was a nice cut, dismissing any complaint and insecurity that I had. He told me to come back if I change my mind and he will fix it. So I leave the shop, but, less than 10 mins after, I come back as I understood I didn't like the cut at all. No customers at all in the shop, the guy there says I need to pay to do the cut. I accepted cause I thought maybe that was the only way to have it done nicely. But what I got was a 5 mins dry cut that did not fix anything and got ROBBED of 30 pounds, FOR A 5 MINS CUT!! It was RIDICULOUS!!! I understand business but that is not how you treat customers. I would give 0 stars if I could.

fab experience. Hadnt had hair done in 6 months and am usually nervous trying someone new. But the hairdresser knew exactly what I wanted done and clearly has years of experience. Offered drink on arrival, super friendly staff, very upbeat, lovely welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be a returning customer.
