I am really disappointed that I have to leave a bad review, but I had a truly unpleasant experience visiting Cellys on Western Road. To begin with, I was waiting for absolutely ages before I was seen, and people who had come after me where seen before me as the service I required was quick and easy. I felt like I hadnt been put first as a client and normal procedure of a walk in service was not practiced. The hairdressers name was Hayrie, I am not sure how to spell it properly. She was completely rude, unprofessional and dismissive of me. I kept receiving dirty looks, and I heard muttering under breath in another language. I felt awful. The only thing I could put this down to is discrimination. When I asked to see the manager Jana, she was even ruder and unprofessional than the hairdresser. Absolutely shocking service.
