Visited boo's boutique less than two weeks ago had a colour and extensions fitted. My hair was forgotten about and not cut before the extensions were installed, which I messaged about and I received an apology after I had my extensions fitted. The extensions were fine at first, neatly applied couldn't be happier until I noticed problems after the first wash. Its been less than two weeks and my extensions are melting, breaking, bubble-gum texture and are like dreadlocks. I had 22inches installed and now they are 18inches because I am cutting lumps of melted hair out of my head every time I wash them and I am having to pay for another professional to remove them which gave a second second opinion. I have never had this experience ever I use professional products on my hair! I was refused a refund because the owner said it wasn't her fault but it is, That the product she provided is faulty and told me a "deep conditioning mask/ treatment would fix this" and she would send the hair for testing. when there is clearly a hair quality issue and will not hand me back my money. This has been a horrible experience and has caused damage to my own hair from the extensions melting. The hair is beyond a hair conditioning treatment and I would question the quality of the hair its not real. The salon is clearly understaffed and care about money than there customers quality of service and safety of there hair. Avoid for hair extensions!! Can only sum up my experience as a horrific I will be sticking to professional salons from now on. Service: Hair extensions

Absolutely amazing owner and staff, couldn't have been happier with how my hair turned out. Reasonable prices and just an all round great salon
