WOW. Found my dream salon in Brighton, let the pictures speak for themselves, thank you Darcy and Dulcie. Dulcie transformed my orange hair to a beautiful blonde balayage with Olaplex. I am now addicted to getting my lashes done with Darcy, she is professional and her lash work lasts sooo long, shes got me covered from natural lashes to more dramatic - thank you for delivering great results!! You get what you pay for. I visited the salon back in January for a full head of highlights, toner, olaplex and cut. The service was incredibly unprofessional, firstly theres wasnt proper hair dressing chairs and mirrors it was like an ikea unit with chairs around it, so I couldnt see what was being done to my hair. The girls in the salon were so unprofessional, they were doing their own hair while the colour developed, talking about men they had slept with, the lash tech was screaming down the phone at a dept collector for about half of my appointment. I just wanted to leave the salon I feel very uncomfortable while having treatments, The salon was dirty as well, cigarettes where on the counter, dirt a dust had collected where the counters clearly hadnt been cleaned properly (if at all). However my hair did look really nice, the cut was really rushed and she only trimmed the ends and didnt bother cutting my layers so my hair felt more damaged and I needed more off when I went to a different salon. I didnt notice until I had my hair redone the other day but there were patches of brown left in my hair from my hair not being foiled properly, which prompted me to write this review (As well as working in a similar environment for the past 5 years as a practitioner/therapist for spas and clinics). To sum this all up I just wouldnt waste your money you can get much more professional and thorough services else wear without having to feel as uncomfortable and as disappointed as I did.
