        The best place in Brighton to learn boxing! Box n burn will have you buddy up and learn some great combos which is much better than a typical boring bag workout. Everyone is friendly and trainers are great. Cant recommend this gym enough!

        I have been going to the box for a year or so now and cannot recommend it enough. The trainers have been truly amazing throughout my pregnancy and I cant wait to return.

        Great gym, classes are well organised and thought out. Instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. If you are looking for an intense workout in a friendly environment, this is the place for you.
