        Ive been a member here for 8 weeks now and I have to say its the best gym Ive trained at. Ive been using the RED membership which has been so good as you get the gym membership plus access to the classes and the small group personal training classes, it has kept me consistent and Im lifting heavier and better than I ever have. Ive lost weight, gained muscle and feel happier and healthier in general. The whole team here are so supportive and great and you get a real sense of community. I cant recommend enough. Bonus review the coffee machine is amazing too

        Good selection of free weights and machines. Not too busy when I go during the day. Always clean and good value with friendly staff, thanks for running such a good place!
